Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jeta1 ("jeta1", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jeta1 website at jeta1.pro and all associated gaming, betting and account services (collectively, the "Platform"). Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

To register and maintain an account on jeta1, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains open:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from using jeta1 or any other gambling platform as a result of a self-exclusion request or a platform-imposed ban.
• You are not registering on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any other person.

jeta1 reserves the right to require documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time of request will result in account suspension pending investigation. Where eligibility criteria are found not to have been met, jeta1 may void bets, cancel bonuses and withhold or return funds as permitted under these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the betting and gaming services on jeta1 you must register an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times. jeta1 may reject any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason.

• You may hold only one account at jeta1. Duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including bets placed, deposits made and personal information submitted.
• You must keep your password confidential and must not share it with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify jeta1 immediately via the support email in the footer.
• KYC verification — submitting a valid National ID or passport together with proof of address — is required before any withdrawal can be processed. jeta1 may also request KYC documents at any other time during your use of the Platform.

jeta1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time where jeta1 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of any promotion. Where an account is closed due to a breach by the user, any pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled and the balance may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on jeta1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeta1 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following provisions govern how funds are processed on the Platform.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

jeta1 may offer bonus funds, free spins, cashback, reload offers and other promotions to registered users from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement and eligible games are stated in each individual offer.
• jeta1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any bets already placed in reliance on an existing promotion will be settled on the terms in force at the time the bet was placed.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash except through the standard wagering and withdrawal process.
• Where jeta1 determines that a user has attempted to abuse a promotion — including through multi-accounting, use of automated betting systems, or arbitrage strategies — jeta1 may void all bets placed under that promotion and close the account.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only, on their first deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus. Each eligible player may claim the welcome bonus once only.

6. Game Rules and Betting Conduct

Each game and betting market available on jeta1 is governed by its own set of game rules, which are made available on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the game-specific rules for a particular product, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product only.

jeta1 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, data feed failure or human error, provided that the void is applied consistently across all affected bets. Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise fails to take place within a timeframe specified in the relevant market rules, bets will be settled in accordance with those market rules.

• Bets accepted in error at manifestly incorrect odds remain the liability of jeta1 to void, not to honour at the incorrect price.
• jeta1 does not accept bets placed by automated means, bots, scripts or any software that acts without direct human interaction in real time.
• The maximum payout on a single bet or single game round is subject to the limits set out in the relevant product rules. Where winnings exceed the stated maximum, jeta1 will pay the maximum amount only.
• All bet settlements are final once confirmed in your account transaction history. If you believe a settlement error has occurred, you must raise a dispute with jeta1 support within 30 days of the relevant transaction.

7. Responsible Gaming

jeta1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all of its users. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jeta1 and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Using any software, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other users or over jeta1 itself.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet or tournament.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Registering more than one account, including accounts under different names or using different payment methods to circumvent deposit limits or bonus restrictions.
• Exploiting any bug, error or vulnerability in the Platform software for financial gain. Any such gain is not considered a legitimate win and will be reversed.

jeta1 actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated and manual review processes. Where prohibited conduct is detected, jeta1 reserves the right to reverse affected transactions, forfeit account balances, close accounts permanently and share information with relevant authorities or other operators as permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jeta1 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game interfaces and the arrangement thereof, is the intellectual property of jeta1 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from jeta1.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, even if jeta1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. jeta1's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jeta1 account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeta1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jeta1 reserves the right to suspend, modify or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without liability.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jeta1 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jeta1 uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect data in transit and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard data at rest. jeta1 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jeta1 reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Where the changes are significant, jeta1 may also notify registered users by email or via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 13. Governing Law and Disputes
